Provide secure property access for homeowner-scheduled vendors and contractors and securing the home upon completion of the scheduled work. Included: Open and secure the property before and after the visit Brief arrival/departure verification Owner notification regarding vendor arrival/completion if requested The homeowner communicates directly with the vendor or contractor regarding scheduling, scope of work, pricing, and repair decisions. EVHS provides property access and basic coordination support only and does not supervise, direct, warranty, or assume responsibility for third-party contractor work or workmanship.
