Service Description

On-site response service for unauthorized parties, excessive occupancy concerns, noise complaints, or other urgent guest-related incidents requiring owner-authorized representation at the property. Service may include coordination with resort security personnel, Osceola County police, guest communication support, visual documentation of conditions, monitoring of guest departure activity, remaining on-site during incident resolution or owner-authorized guest removal processes, and securing of the home following resolution of the incident. We stay on site until the party is dispersed or the guest is evicted. • On-site owner-authorized property representation • Coordination with resort security or authorized parties • Response to unauthorized party or excessive occupancy concerns • Visual documentation of observed property conditions • Monitoring of guest departure activity • Remaining on-site through incident resolution when requested • Assistance securing the property following incident resolution • Owner communication & status updates during response • Basic post-incident visual walkthrough Initial response fee includes dispatch, travel, on-site response, and up to two hours on-site. Additional on-site time billed hourly. EVHS personnel are not law enforcement, licensed security officers, or legal eviction authorities. All guest removals, enforcement actions, and security determinations remain the responsibility of authorized property representatives, resort security, and/or law enforcement when applicable. Service availability may vary based on safety conditions, personnel availability, and scheduling.
