Pre-arrival visual inspection and light staging service designed to help ensure the home presents cleanly, functions properly, and is guest-ready prior to check-in. • Visual guest-readiness walkthrough • Thermostat & lighting check • Beds, towels & general presentation reset • Furniture & décor straightening • Kitchen & bathroom visual reset • Placement of guest disposable supplies • Basic operational observations of guest-impacting systems • Verification of obvious cleanliness or turnover concerns • Owner communication regarding visible issues identified prior to arrival ★ Disposable Supply Placement Included Owner-provided supplies: $0 EVHS-provided supplies: billed based on bathroom count and product usage Typical disposable supplies may include: • Toilet paper • Paper towels • Dish detergent • Trash bags • Hand soaps • Bathroom toiletries • Kitchen starter supplies This service is intended as a visual guest-readiness and presentation review only and does not replace professional cleaning, maintenance, or detailed operational inspections.
