Pre-arrival preparation service designed to help ensure the home is comfortable, visually reset, and ready for homeowner arrival. • Thermostat set & home climate adjusted • Lights on & blinds positioned for arrival • Beds, towels & general presentation reset • Quick surface wipe-down of kitchen, bathrooms & high-touch areas • Furniture & décor straightening • Trash removal if needed • Basic visual check of HVAC, plumbing, lighting & appliances • Visual check for leaks or urgent operational concerns • Package & grocery placement prior to arrival (if requested) • Owner communication regarding any visible concerns identified during preparation ★ Grocery & Package Placement Included Owner-provided groceries and delivered packages that arrive prior to the homeowner arrival placed inside the home as requested. This service is intended as a visual preparation and light staging service only and does not replace professional cleaning, maintenance, repair services, or detailed operational inspections. Additional services, troubleshooting, corrective actions, supply replenishment, or extended preparation requests may require additional scheduling and charges.
