THIS INSPECTION WILL PROVIDE YOU INFORMATION AND PICTURES NEEDED TO FILE A DAMAGE INSURANCE CLAIM AND TO PLAN REPAIRS BEFORE YOUR NEXT GUEST ARRIVES! It does not include an inventory of linens and kitchenwares outside of small appliances. Comprehensive post-departure visual inspection designed to identify visible guest-related damage, cleanliness concerns, operational irregularities, or conditions requiring owner attention prior to the next arrival. • Visible damage & condition review • Furniture, décor & inventory spot check • Guest-impacting issue identification • Signs of misuse, excessive wear, or policy violations • HVAC, plumbing & appliance visual observations • Pool/spa & exterior visual observations • Cleanliness & turnover readiness review • Photo-documented findings & owner communication This service is a visual operational inspection only and does not include detailed diagnostics, inventory counting of consumable items, or repair services.
