It has personal touches and products to make your stay truly a home away from home. With 11 bedrooms that include a mix of king, queen, and twin beds, this luxury retreat sleeps up to 22 guests and offers a variety of sleeping arrangements. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, an outdoor gas grill kitchen (we start you with a tank of propane, you can refill at the gas station 1 mile away), free pool and spa heat (a $60 savings a night), watching your favorite movies in the movie theater, in the family room or in the upstairs lounge (DirecTV connected to all TVs in common areas and all bedrooms),or relaxing in your private backyard living space.
The fully equipped kitchen includes dining seating for 22 guests. Outside, there is dining seating for 16 guests with additional seating on the patio, veranda and pool deck. The home has a newly equipped game-room that includes an air hockey table and multiple gaming options. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor for guests who have mobility concerns. Our home is in the secure Encore gated resort with 24-hour Security surveillance. With quiet time enforced by Security from 10pm until 7am, you are assured a relaxing and peaceful vacation.
DOG FRIENDLY!!! Our home is dog friendly without any additional fees, allowing up to 2 smaller dogs weighing no more than 30 pounds each. If you have a pooch that doesn’t meet those dimensions, contact us and let us know your situation. We may be able to accommodate you. We provide a dog kennel, dog dishes, and a fenced yard.
EVENTS – To maintain a peaceful experience for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered guest count. We do host guests celebrating weddings, family events, reveal parties etc. and do enable additional guests during the event. Those events have to be communicated prior to your stay and cleared with Encore Security.
As part of our check-in process the person who books the house must be at least 28 years old, present at check-in and must show a valid government-issued photo ID.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Rates include free pool and spa heat, cleaning fee, pet fees, and initial propane for the outdoor kitchen. Rates vary by season and length of stay. Discounts may apply for weekly or monthly bookings. Special discounts available for repeat guests - if you have booked one of our homes before, contact us for custom quotes. Taxes are additional.

Enchanted Vacation Home Services is an exclusive property management company that caters to our guests by focusing on the quality of the home where they will be staying. We maintain the homes in our portfolio to ensure that our guests experience comfort, relaxation and amenities that are well maintained. Our TVs work! Our pool and spa is actually heated when you arrive! Our kitchen has quality dinnerware, silverware, etc and the same assortment of large and small appliances you have at home. There are no surprise fees or costs. If our guests do basic clean-up when they check out, there are no cleaning fees. If you have a family member who happens to be a dog bring them along! We are not going to charge you pet fees for them to be with their family on vacation. We have rules about parties and events to maintain the serenity of the neighborhood and the safety of our homes, but we specialize in working with families and groups who are coming to our homes for a small wedding, reveal party, birthday celebration, etc. We can work with you to make sure your small approved event is stress free and wonderful. We would love to host you and your group at one of our homes!
