  • Owner-provided supplies: Included

  • EVHS-provided supplies: billed at cost
     

Property Support Visits

Includes up to 4 operational support visits monthly for brief homeowner assistance requests not otherwise covered under separately listed services.

Additional support visits:

  • 15% off standard rate


Rapid Response Support Included

Urgent requests receive prioritized scheduling based on availability.
 

Homeowner Arrival Readiness

Available upon request and may include:

  • Thermostat adjustment

  • Lights turned on

  • Package placement inside home

  • Quick visual readiness check
     

Package Placement Assistance

Includes:

  • Up to 6 package placement requests monthly

  • 24-hour notice requested

  • Scheduled service windows apply
     

Vendor & Contractor Access Coordination

Access assistance for scheduled vendors and contractors including:

  • Property access

  • Basic instruction relay during scheduled visits or service calls
